Extra large SUVs or Trucks will not fit in the garage. Note: Guests must request in advance for an additional vehicle. We can provide a 24-hour street parking pass valid only in Wildwood (not available in Wildwood Crest or North Wildwood). A $400 refundable deposit is required, which will be returned once the parking pass is verified and returned to the property. -Laundry: In unit washer and dryer -Sleeps 9 -4 TVs -Professionally cleaned -Fast wifi The condo is all on one level, on the second level of the building. There is two flights of stairs up to the unit. Bedroom 1: Bunk bed, Twin over Full Bedroom 2: Queen Bedroom 3: King Living room: Queen pull out sofa Fully equipped kitchen; starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags provided. Sheets, pillowcases and blankets provided; guests must provide their own bath & beach towels. 8 beach chairs included + beach cart, boogie boards and a beach tent

House Rules - Quiet Hours - 10pm - 8am No parties, no smoking ($1000 fine), will be fined for damage/stolen items. ** The reservation holder must be present during your stay and 25 years or older in order to book** We have a ZERO-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. We reserve the right to terminate your stay if there is any violation of these rules. At no point in time should the number of individuals present inside the suite go beyond the guest count that was reserved. 1) Non-registered guests are prohibited at the property, without our prior consent and approval; All approved guests must vacate the property by 11pm. 2) Excessive noise is prohibited and violators are subject to fines and penalties. If excessive noise results in disturbances to other tenants, we reserve the right to evict you and your group without refund. If you, your group, or your reservation details are comprised of one or more of the following, we kindly ask that you send a property inquiry PRIOR TO BOOKING to avoid cancellation. You can do so by clicking ‘contact host’ under the listing property description and should include more about yourself and your group, age range of the group, and the total number of guests which will be at the property (whether spending the night or not): *Local guests to the area or suburbs (within 45-minute drive) of the rental property *University or High School students *Reservation check-in falling within 10 days of booking If you do not send us an inquiry prior to booking as described above, we have the right to request cancellation due to us being uncomfortable with the reservation under Airbnb’s Instant Book Policy.
